Our Pavlovich teams have played a key role in delivering large-scale transport services for a major international conference held in Auckland recently. They were supporting the movement of thousands of visitors across the city and beyond.
The three-day Jehovah’s Witness conference brought together more than 20,000 attendees, including 3,500 formal delegates travelling from more than 20 countries.
The size, diversity and timing of arrivals made transport coordination a critical part of the event’s success.
Working alongside others , Pavlovich provided charter, touring and group transport services throughout the week. This included airport and city transfers for international delegates, as well as organised touring and group travel for visitors extending their stay in New Zealand.
As the programme expanded beyond the core conference schedule, transport demands increased.
